Register for a Course
To register for a course, locate the desired course on https://conexed.university/courses and click the course title. The course registration page will open. It includes the course description and a registration form. The form has fields for your email address and password, which will become your login credentials. Provide your credit card information and click Register. Upon registration, you will arrive on a Thank You page with a link to your Account page that provides access to your course.
Register My Team for a Course
Group registrations are available for select courses. Group registration creates one corporate account with sub accounts for a set number of team members:
- ConexED Admin: Level 1 for 5 and 10 team members
- Department Director: Level 1 for 5 and 10 team members
- Group Manager: Level 1 for 5 and 10 team members
- Counselor: Level 1 for 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, and 150 team members
- Student Service Professional: Level 1 for 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 team members
- Tutor: Level 1 for 10 and 25 team members
- Front Desk: Level 1 for 5, 10, and 25 team members
On https://conexed.university/courses, locate the desired course and click the course title to open the registration page. Below the course description, click “Purchase a Group Registration here.” Select the group registration option with the desired number of sub accounts, and click Register. Complete the registration form and submit payment by credit card or check. Upon registration, you will arrive on a Thank You page with a link to your Account page. On the Account page, click the Add Sub Account to add each team member, or provide the Signup URL to your team members so that they may sign up on their own. The 5-week course access begins at the time of the group registration and not at the time of the sub-account signups.
Time Frame for Course Access
Estimated Time to Complete the Course: 3 Hours
- 2 hours learning the course content.
- 1 hour for practice/quizzes and assessments.
Allowed Time Frame to Access the Course: 5 Weeks
- You have 5 weeks to access the course beginning on the registration date. This also applies to group registrations. Each team member holding a sub-account has 5 weeks to access the course beginning on the group registration date and not each sub-account signup.
- If you do not complete the course during your 5 weeks of access, you will need to re-register for the course and pay the registration fee again to have access. After re-registering, you can start anew or pick up where you left off.

To request a payment invoice prior to your purchase, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pay by Check
Check payments are permitted for group registrations only. Complete the group registration form and select Check as the payment method. Click Register. Registration will provide immediate access to the course that will continue for 5-weeks provided the check payment arrives within 10 business days.
Make the check payable to Cranium Cafe LLC and send a copy of the invoice and the check payment to our home office: ConexED, 2319 S. Foothill Dr. #130, Salt Lake City, UT 84109. If paying for group registrations for multiple courses, send one check with a copy of the invoice for each course as you will need to register for each course separately.
Use a Coupon
If you have a promotional coupon, you can apply it when completing the payment information on the course registration form. Click the Coupon link to reveal the Coupon field. Enter the coupon code and click the Tab or Enter key. If the coupon is a 100% discount, the payment fields will disappear. If the coupon is a 50% discount, complete the payment fields and then click Register.
About Level 1 Courses
Level 1 courses written by ConexED’s training and implementation experts include the essentials that every user or the prospective user should know plus in-depth looks at features that are new or are not commonly discussed during an institution’s initial implementation. The Level 1 course provides instructions, examples, and best practices for both new and experienced users.
Each course provides instruction in three ConexED skill areas, and at the conclusion of the skill area lessons, there is a five to six-question self-assessment to check your learning. A Skill Area Badge is awarded upon successful completion of each assessment. Successful completion is achieved with a score of 80% or higher. Each badge is a pdf download available on the final screen of the assessment when a passing score is achieved.
Certificates of Completion
Each course offers a comprehensive exam designed to test your comprehension of the lessons taught in the course’s three skill areas. A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon successful completion of the exam. Successful completion is achieved with a score of 80% or higher. The exam can be retaken as desired throughout the course, so it may also be used as a pre-test to check your skills at the start of the course. The Certificate of Completion is a PDF download link on the final screen of the exam when a passing score is achieved.
